ORGANIZING TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT COURSES

Among the activities of Arak company approved in its certificate of incorporation is training. Training has become an urgent requirement in various specialties in general, especially in the legal field, because this competence is of paramount importance in society and has an important necessity to provide individuals with legal information to protect them from making legal mistakes that may lead to imprisonment or make these individuals indebted.

Since Arak has the full qualifications and human resources of qualified trainers and experts specialized in the field of legal training, we believe that it is necessary to pay excessive attention to the issue of legal training and development to develop and enhance the legal skills of the trainee.

Arak offers many different types of training and development, including:

  • Training the governmental sector employees and introducing them to the rights and duties entrusted to them by addressing the laws related to them, including the Law on Discipline of State and Public Sector Employees No. 14 of 1991, as well as the Civil Service Law No. 24 of 1960 and all laws related to the public service.

  • Training for managing directors of companies: The importance of this type lies in the necessity for the managing directors to know and be familiar with all the laws related to his Company, because there are time periods and deadlines, missing them entails financial penalties related to them, for example, the companys final accounts and other procedures related to Employment Social Security and the General Commission of Taxes. As well as how to form the employment contracts for employees of their companies.

  • Training workers of private sector companies: This type includes training workers of Iraqi and foreign companies and developing them from the legal point of view, which qualifies them to know the rights and obligations and how to treat their superiors at work from the legal and administrative point of view, and explaining the effective Labor Law No. 37 of 2015 and the Retirement and Social Security Law for Workers No. 39 of 1971.
