ADMINISTRATIVE JUDICIARY CASES AND STAFF JUDICIARY

The Company follows up on all legal work related to the customer in accordance with the government legislation, most notably the Administrative Discipline Law, in state departments and files all cases related to employees before the Employees Judiciary Court regarding disputes that occur between the company and employees due to job-related matters such as penalties imposed by the administration on its employees and complaints filed against employees by the company and vice versa.
